What type of drain system do I need for my spa chairs?
There are two types of drain system. One is floor drain system which gravity drains water directly into the floor from each spa chair. The other one is power drain pump system which will be used to drain out water to the drain pipe above the floor. Standar drain pump can only pump water up to 3 feet high. If your drain line is more than 3 feet high, make a special note when you place an order or you can contact our sales deparment to get a high power pump.
What is pipeless system?
Pipeless system is different system form traditional whirlpool which use NO pipe underneath to generate whirlpool. This system does not have debris built up overtime and it’s the most efficient way to keep sanitized. All of our pedicure chairs are equipped with pipeless system.
What is the size of hot/cold water hoses of the spa chairs?
The size of hot/cold water hoses of our spa chairs are 1/2 inch.
My spa chair order got delivered with damaged on the box, what should I do?
If you received your order with damaged on the box, first; do not sign the Bill of Lading, second; immediately call US Pedicure Spa's Customer Support for further instruction.
